My personal trainer, who’s a jacked body builder, recommended these as the best of the best for lifting and I love them. I got the light purple/lavender color in the size small and they fit great. I have an average size wrist, for reference, whatever came standard with the Apple Watch band, that is my wrist size. They’re very durable and high quality, my trainer reccomended them for this reason, expensive but you’ll never need another pair. They’re made of a cushioned Velcro strap and a thick leathery material. I like that one is labeled “right” so it’s easy to know what hand to put them on. You can use it for underhand and overhand grip. It’s comfy and doesn’t pinch, hurt, or itch, and helps a bunch with focusing on the working muscle instead of pulling weights. **side note it does have a odd rubbery leather smell when you first open it, I recommend airing them out for a night or two before using if it bothers you**

These work great! I’m trying to alleviate the pressure on my hands while I’m lifting weights and it’s really helping.

I like these a lot. They come in size extra small which fits my very small hands. They are the real deal for improving one’s grip. My deadlift has upped since I started using them. My only complaint is that they smelled terrible. I guess it’s called “ off gassing “. I left them outside on the porch for a while and they are better but still stinky.

I contemplated between these and the xtremes. After hearing mixed reviews about the quality of the stitching on those ones and seeing more consistency with these ones, I opted for these. They are so awesome! Having used basic nylon ones that feel like thick seat belts, I mean they beat bare handed for sure, but verse is like a whole nother tier above. I’ve used them maybe 10+ times over the course of the month I’ve had them and these have really assisted in targeting my upper back and glutes. I’m not a professional by any means, I like to workout for my own ambition and pleasure, and these just open up a whole new world for me.

These are fantastic. I do a lot of deadlifting at the gym. I’ve used wraps & hooks mostly but these are so much easier to use & I love that they’re sized for women. So much in the lifting world is made for men. I measured my wrist & originally ordered the large but they were huge. So I ordered small & they fit perfect. These will be a game changer for my 1RM.

Can’t say enough good things about these. The quality is great. I’m a bodybuilder and a coach and I recommend these to all of my friends and clients!

As described. Just graduated to dumbbell weights that were almost too heavy to hold onto throughout my reps. I wasn’t sure that these would make that much of a difference but they definitely do. Worry that I might drop the weight disappeared. They take a little bit of getting used to and they are quite stiff at first. Hoping they soften up a little bit.

I love these for weight lifting. They take the strain off my hands.
