Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was looking for a phone case for my new phone. After looking at many reviews I was pretty sold on this one. After having this case on for about 3-4 months I’m happy to say that the case has held up extremely well! I’m very pleased with the quality. I got clear and obviously after some time you will notice a bit of discoloration especially if you use your phone a lot. But nothing compared to more inexpensive cases. You can only tell if you take the case off and put it to a light. I will buy my cases from here only!

Great customer service. Had a minor issue with the item when it arrived. One of the camera lenses protectors was cracked (the packaging was also damaged - definitely more an Amazon shipping issue than a product issue). I emailed support like the packaging insert instructed and was mailed a replacement immediately.I’ve used these cases on all my iPhones to date and never had any issues. The sleek minimal design of these case with the bonus screen and camera lenses protectors makes them ideal for someone like me who doesn’t want the excess bulk most other cases add to the device. This case is more than sufficient for protection from everyday handling.Because I’m very meticulous with my electronic devices, I’ve never dropped or severely damaged one. Therefore, I cannot speak to just how protective this case in such incidents. I can say that the included screen protector did fully protect my screen when a clumsy friend dropped their glass on my phone while it was sitting on a table. The screen protector cracked fully but my phone screen beneath was unharmed. Not even a tiny splinter. I just removed the damaged protector, replaced it with the spare and…voila!I will continue to use Tauri cases now and in the future when I upgrade my device; just as I’ve done the last several years. I’ve gotten tremendous value for my money and great customer service when needed.

The case is slim and shockproof, yet it still fits snugly around the phone without adding unnecessary bulk. It also works seamlessly with MagSafe, which is a huge plus. The package came with two screen protectors, and the included scraper made it super easy to apply the protector without any air bubbles. Overall, this case is a great balance of style, protection, and convenience for my new iPhone!

Product came quickly (next day), and was well packaged. When opening it there were two screen covers, 2 alcohol wipes, a lens cloth and some stickers - one labled dust absorber and three labeled guide sticker. There is a qrcode on the box for a install video. The video has background music but no audio instruction. The video shows how to clean and dry thescreen of the iphone and how to remove the protective cover from the screen protector and shows it being applied to the screen. There is no mention of the guide sticker or what to do with it. The application of the screen protector is simple but when I applied it there were still airbubbles under the surface, and I couldn't remove them. I installed on on my wife's phone and had the same problem with bubbles under the screen protector. time will tell if they come out with use, There is no mention of how to install the phone cover, but it is intuitive because it will only fit one way with the cameras.

I bought this 3 years ago and I dropped my phone on some pea gravel at our fire pit one night. The next morning I saw cracks on the screen. I couldn’t tell if it was the screen protector or the actual screen. I peeled off this protector and there was absolutely no damage to my phone screen. The protector did its job! I will definitely look to buy this again in the future. The awesome thing is that there are two protectors in my package and so I just put the 2nd one on. The installation of these is the easiest install ever. Also you can’t even tell there is a protector on the screen by looks or functionality. Best ever.

I have always hated putting a case on my phone (bulky, heavy and ugly). When my battery began to deteriorate on my phone, I tried to get the battery replaced rather than buying a new phone. That didn't work because the back of my phone was so shattered from dropping it many times that the tech could not disassemble the phone in a way that would allow reassembly.
