Nice, but too pricey for the amount. Since when is cotton yarn a luxury?

This yarn has a very nice, silky, smooth feel. Like all cotton yarns, it has considerable weight, unlike the 'weightless' man-made yarns, so it has excellent drape. It is made by a 'braiding' of the individual threads, and then they're twisted to form the yarn. It doesn't split excessively when knitting, but it will split if you poke a needle into the yarn instead of wrapping, and then it tends to keep splitting until you knit past that section. It is absolutely the best for stitch definition. A complicated stitch pattern knits up beautifully and keeps its definition through wearing. If you're looking for a natural fiber that knits up beautifully, with great drape, this is your yarn.

Make sure to look at the actual size - I was thinking I was getting a larger skein - my fault for not paying attention. The yarn is superb! I cannot wait to make my items, I will be using this yarn as my accent.
