Update 2: Onnais product support ended up sending us a new RV door, their customer service was amazingly good!!! Super happy, they are going to replace the RV door. By the way, they offer a life time warranty! I am super happy with this. Update: after not even a full season year of use. The ONLY way it will lock is by the deadbolt. When the doors open the code and lock button works, when we try to lock the RV it refuses to lock and we have to use the key. Changed from a 5 to a 1. As expensive as this is, should have lasted longer and YES we have replaced the batteries We had to replace our keypad after a couple years and we found onnasis!!!! I am super impressed with this high quality of this brand, sturdiness of it and the quality of the keyfob and the key itself within it! This one is super easy set up, quiet, the passcodes easy to set. Keyfob was wasy to pair. I love the pad! If you need one you won’t be disappointed in it. Lately, with how cheaply things are made these days. It takes a lot for me to make a post on It and to be happy with it. It fit perfectly in our RV door! It works as it should and locks well… The last one we had was the brand Carmteck and we were not happy with it. We had many Issues with the locking mechanism being bad, had to use a screw driver to break in. One of the keys also broke inside the lock.

Just bought this to replace an older one on our camper. Very easy to install. Works great. Numbers seem to be very durable and won’t fade away and you have three ways to unlock its great. Will surely purchase again if we need to. Very easy to use you have a key fob, a key to unlock and the keypad. Worth every penny such a great buy for us.

Works as advertised! Very happy with this purchase, as it was an extremely affordable upgrade to our RV. It’s heavy duty, and way easy to use. It was a bit of work to get it to fit, as the fiberglass cut out in the door was a bit too tight. Just use a rotary tool (Dremel) to slowly and carefully remove the fiberglass until it fits snugly. I recommend having someone hold a vacuum cleaner hose up to your work while you file away the fiberglass. I love how there’s 3 ways to lock/unlock. Key fobs, physical key, and combination code. Ingenious idea to be able to hide your actual combination code between random numbers, so any onlookers can’t just watch you and see your code. I originally bought 2, but I had to return on because I forgot my other door has the lock on the right side. I wish they made one for the opposite side locks, because I would totally purchase it.

Built with quality materials. Was an easy installation. When using new fresh batteries it was very simple to program a new code and the fobs. It is convenient that the actual key is stored in the fob should you need a key. I like the feature of being able to hide your code by using decoy numbers before or after your actual code. I did have to use a file to make minor adjustments to the door opening but that had nothing to do with the lock.

I installed this ONNAIS RV door lock on my new truck camper. It is a major improvement in both convenience and security. (Believe it or not, the key that opens the manufacturer-supplied lock on your RV probably also opens one out of every three door locks in your campground. Not cool.) Installation is straightforward as long as your RV manufacturer hasn't done something weird with your door, like gluing the original door latch to it with adhesive or not cutting the opening in the edge of the door wrong. (Both have happened to me.) The whole process of removing the existing lock, replacing it with the ONNAIS lock, and programming the remotes probably took 30 minutes, not counting the one hour round trip to pick up a set of four lithium AA batteries. It seems odd that batteries are not included, but no manufacturer is going to include lithium ones anyway. They're your best option because they not only last longer but perform much better than normal alkaline AAs in cold weather. Operation is also straightforward. You can use either of the two key fobs to make getting in and out of your RV as simple as getting in and out of your vehicle. But you don't have to carry the fobs, which seem unnecessarily large. You can just use the keypad. That is what I do. It is great being able to leave the RV with nothing key-related in my pockets. The number pad lights up nicely in the dark, and optionally beeps with each key press. Finally, you can use an actual physical key to open the lock. This key is integrated into the fob and is critical to have available outside of your RV because it is your only way in if the batteries powering your door lock die. In terms of security, this ONNAIS lock gets high marks. It relies on robust metal construction. The keypad uses all ten digits, not just 5 or 8, and allows codes up to 10 digits long (not 32 as claimed by ONNAIS). No one is going to be able to work their way through every possible code until they figure out the one you're using. (Believe it or not, this is possible with some of these locks.) ONNAIS also rejects the tiny RV-style key in favor of the larger residential style used in home door locks. This isn't perfect. I would guess it is still vulnerable to bump keys. But it is a huge improvement over typical RV keys. The rubber keypad itself seems robust. Time will tell how it wears in the elements but nothing about it seems destined to fail. That said, the keypad is the one aspect of this lock that has given my trouble. Not every press is registered every time. When you can hear the beep, you know if a key press was registered and can repeat the keystroke if it wasn't. But in even moderately loud environments, I struggle to hear the beep. I'd say about a third of the time I have to enter my code a second time. Of course, this is a non-issue if you use the key fob for entry. The bottom line is that this lock works great. It is an easy upgrade that is worth every penny. If not for the inconsistent operation of the keypad, it would get five stars. And even considering this little annoyance, it is easy to recommend.

I replaced my old keyless entry with this RV door lock, and it’s a big improvement. The all-metal build feels solid and much more secure, which gives me peace of mind when we’re traveling. I really like having multiple ways to unlock it - the fob, keypad, and backup key all work great. The fob range is impressive, and being able to control both doors with one remote is super convenient. Installation was straightforward, and it fit my RV perfectly. Overall, a reliable and well-built upgrade that’s far better than my old setup.

When it works its great, but the lock has reset itself on us twice. Installation was just as easy as changing the handle out for a new one. I keep a key fob outside hidden in the event it resets and i cant get in. Found out the second time it resets to the standard 12345 code and do not like that. Will be replacing with something else

The product manual is well written and easy to follow. I will say that it was a tight fit, but it works great! I will need to make a small adjustment to it, but overall, I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and the ease of use. The remotes work great as well.
