Defective parts, poor customer service. So far.
At this point I'm going to be rating this as poor. As you can see from the pictures this part broke on installation, the finishing is pathetic. The parts that come in contact with the car are rough, and finally the angles are ground the wrong way. I have of course contacted the seller who wanted pictures of the broken part. Well sending pictures in Amazon's email reply system is a bit problematic to say the least. And I've tried contacting the sellers explaining this.All I get is the same generic response.I'm sick and tired of some Amazon seller's send use dodgy, substandard cheaply made products, but do little or nothing to remedy the situation when things break or fail. So here's your pictures mate, how about you stop giving me the run-around now and just get me the replacement part.This review is subject to change depending on the outcome.
