CAP Barbell Vinyl Coated Cement Kettlebell | Multiple Sizes

I got this because I wanted something in my room that I could work out with whenever I didn't have quite enough time to run over to the gym and work out. I use this to do kettlebell exercises that strengthen my core. I was told by my personal trainer to start at 20lbs or about 9kg because anything lighter than that won't really do anything for you. I think she was right - if I had gotten anything lighter I wouldn't be building any muscle at all. This is just the right amount of tug and weight, and it's a great price. It's definitely bigger than iron cast ones but it still fits between my legs and I didn't have to pay a fortune for it so I'm happy. It's decent equipment and it's definitely nice to have.

I almost didn't purchase this KB because of the number of negative reviews, but decided to give a whirl since it was such a good deal. This KB is a bit oversized and it is a vinyl/plastic material that isn't as solid as a cast iron KB. However, my wife is a petite person... 5'2" and maybe 120lbs soaking wet... and she has no trouble whatsoever with this KB. If you're looking for entry level value, this is it. Yes, it also has a slightly larger handle, but studies have shown a larger handle will burn more fat and increase grip strength... a little uncomfortable at first, but it's worth it. Great product!

I'm just starting out a kettlebell program and I wanted a cheap KB to test the program out. I didn't really want to invest much but I still needed a heavy enough KB to actually work my muscles. I am so glad that I found this one because it definitely serves the purpose without breaking the bank. It probably wouldn't last as long as the steel ones, but I don't anticipate being very hard on it, so I'm hoping it lasts a long time.If you're on the fence, I suggest this as a trial KB!

The handle is thicker gripped and a bit wider so you can do your swings and squats with no problem. The grip is a bit slippery when you become sweaty. Due to the plastic coating if you are planning on using this with a cross-fit workout I recommend you use it with some gloves because it can slip out of your hand if you are going extreme. I weighed the bell and it weighed in at approximately 15 pounds and 10 ounces. My wife uses it with ease and she has small hands. I have larger hands and it is no problem for me. I’ve just started doing kettlebell swings and this works perfect! Note that if you’re hands do get sweaty, it may be a little slippy. Nothing a pair of gloves can’t fix!

I bought two of these for a friend. He's working on becoming a personal trainer and needed a set of these. He wanted them to weigh 20 pounds each. His wife and I searched in-store and online to find well-made, decently priced kettlebells. This was the best priced we could find. They are well-made, but they are BULKY. Most kettlebells are at least 1/2 of the size of this brand. But the price and quality of these kettlebells makes up for the bulkiness. And if you're like my friend and want a good set of kettlebell weights, these will work great.

I recently took up Kettle bell swings for effective exercise. I have always been sporadic in my exercise regime and taking up kettle bells keeps me consistent. When I was sure of the results, which are fast, I wanted to dispense with my makeshift efforts to get the proper weight for each level I was reaching. I looked at sets but for each of my programs the weights were a set size of three or more that were just odd. The Cap brand was the best price and sold them separately. So I bought the 10, 15 and 20 lb kettle bells. The grips are perfect for any size hand and comfortable to use. I suggest these for anyone who wants to do intense exercise for a short amount of time and needs to work up to heavier weights.A big plus was the free shipping for that amount of weight. I couldn't find that anywhere else.

I bought this because I needed to move up in weight and needed something in between 15 and 25 lbs. It is a 20 lb bell and costs less than $1 per pound. It seems to be well made, quality construction, and it does give you a workout. On the downside, the handle is straight rather than curved, and the vinyl coating is slick with no grip. You will need gloves to use this bell. And it is bulky. Very big and awkward for a 20 lb kettlebell and hard to keep from banging into your forearms. If you are serious about kettlebells and not strapped for cash, I'd recommend getting a quality metal bell.

It was hard to find kettles bells at a good price point that you could buy two of so you could use one in each hand when working out. These were a good price. Also hard to find because if covid. These kettle bells are good looking and have a good handle on them. Good weight of 5lbs. Love them!
