For years I suffered seasonal allergies, then I go tested. That lead to 3 years of allergy shots, with minimal control. Then I went thru 2 1/2 years of sub-lingual drops (different Dr.) but I still had problems. These pills are a great natural decongestant. I use them every time that I feel congested or that I might be getting a cold, and they seem to help a lot keeping me cold-free. I am a 48 year old male with chronic sinusitis. I have been waking up daily for the last several months with sinus pressure and pain. I figured I'd give this natural product a try before resorting to antibiotic therapy. I found that Sinupret lessened my symptoms but did not eliminate them. Overall it was helpful and I found my nasal passages much clearer than usual during the fourteen days I was taking the pills. I did take three pills a day religiously. After about 8 or 9 days I found the sinus pressure and pain was less than it usually was when i woke in the morning, but it did not resolve my problem. If I could give the product 3.5 stars, I would. I had no side effects. I suspect it will help most people as long as they don't have severe sinus issues.

I can't say it always will work, but in this instance, it saved me a lot of misery.
