Best product on the market!
I have used a lot of ear cleaning products in my life time. No products out there will completely dissolve your ear wax, so get the idea out of your head that you will be able to just dissolve the cerumen plug (conglomerate of ear wax blocking your auditory canal). I have tried the elephant ear washing kit alone by itself. Yeah it may get the cerumen plug out, but it can also cause vertigo and possibly rupture your ear drum. Trying to scrape the ear wax out with a tool is also dangerous. It’s very easy to scrape and cut the inside of your ear canal, which can result in an infection. Also many times people just end up pushing the cerumen plug in further. So what then should I use? The best way for me is to soften up the cerumen plug, and use a bulb to syringe it out with warm water. Of the ingredients out there to dissolve cerumen plugs, sodium bicarbonate is the best. It works better than hydrogen peroxide. You just need to avoid over using the product because it can change the ph in your ear and increase your risk of swimmers ear. I always use earwax MD because they are the only ones who use sodium bicarbonate.

I flushed my ear several times after using the drops. This was the biggest piece that came out. The bulb that came with it was not working right and wouldn't suck up water, I had to use a different bulb syringe, but the drops worked excellent!

Helpful when used with ear candles
My ears have been super plugged for a while now, and I originally went shopping for ear candles, which have worked very well for me in the past. Then I read the reviews for this product and decided to try it.I put the product in my left ear and left it there for 20 minutes. There were some popping and fizzing sounds during that time. However, after rinsing my ear with the included bulb syringe, absolutely zero ear wax came out. The next day I tried the right ear, and left the product in for 45 minutes. Again, there was popping and fizzing, but nothing came out.I ended up purchasing some ear candles from a local health food store. Thankfully, they had the kind without the drip filter on the end, since those are useless, IME. Still, I did trim the end of the candles since the bottom opening was so tiny that I knew it would quickly clog with wax.The attached pics show the end result: candling yielded a huge plug of wax from each each ear! Because this is far more than I've ever gotten before. I do believe that using the EarWax MD product facilitated removal by softening the buildup so that it came out more easily. However, rather than spending $20 on this small bottle, I'd probably use hydrogen peroxide next time to soften before candling.

This thing works incredibly good!
I have bad wax issues and this thing worked better that anything. You might have to use it twice or even 3 times, but it works! I would recommend using a camera as well like the Bebird with this.

Don't waste your money on this, it's useless.
It's rubbish, I tried it several times and it doesn't work, it doesn't remove any dirt, not even in 15 or 30 minutes, what a waste of money. I totally don't recommend it.

It works!!!
I woke up to an extremely muffled ear this morning and tried to find any way to fix it. I used a Q tip to no avail, only making my ear much more worse. I immediately looked up any way to resolve my issue and discomfort, when I came across this product. I was skeptical at first receiving this product as I had never done it before but knew I couldn’t bear the discomfort much longer. The instructions were spot on as I laid down on my side and was assisted by my spouse when applying the ear drops and right away I started feeling small subtle sounds which comforted me that it was working. After the 15 minutes was up, I then went into the bathroom where I had a bit of an issue trying to put the purple drainer with water and clear out my ear however after a couple attempts, it worked and I was hearing like normal again. This product really does break down the earwax! 5 out of 5 stars and saved me a trip to the er and discomfort!

It's important to know that it doesn't take an hour or two and that the applicator and bulb.
The product works very fast to break down hard buildup wax in your ear
