This patch works. The first few times I tried it it did not work only once. I then decided it must be the placement of the patch. I had it on the back of my arm but once I moved it to my forearm/upper wrist area it worked as planned. It takes up to 30mins to make you feel sleepy. Not groggy or woozy just sleepy. You close your eyes and next thing you know you slept all night. I would try first before you need it to see how it works for you.

I'm disappointed. I thought it was safe to try these sleep patches. I'm familiar with the ingredients. The description sounded risk-free. Amazon is usually wonderful about returning items. Why not try, right? Wrong. I used my first patch last night, following their instructions to the letter. I could tell immediately that they had an odor, but it was not a chemical order, more like an essential oil odor, but not a light, flowery or gingery or pleasant (to me) smell. I woke up in the night with my head FILLED with the smell, and that was the end of my sleep. I immediately got online to return the item and it's not returnable. WHAT?? I read how other people had a dickens of a time getting in touch with the company for a refund. I read the entire product description, twice, and still didn't see anything about "all sales final". Maybe I'm just stupid or blind, but I still don't see it. I'm willing to take down this review, or modify it, if I can get a refund.Had I known this was going to be an ordeal, I wouldn't have bought TWO x $20 packages. I was going to experiment with these with one of my children. Hers is a separate order, shipped to a different state. Am I going to have to do this twice if she doesn't like hers? I told her about my experience, and if she didn't open her package she could send it back and it would be resellable.I've wasted $20 ($40 if my child doesn't like it) before, but I would have appreciated knowing the risk before spending the money.Now I have to rinse out my sinuses and wash my bedding to get rid of the smell or I'll have a terrible day and another sleepless night. It's not just a waste of money, it's been a waste of an hour so far today (and it's not even 8 am) and more time to clean up the mess.

I use this because my ambien only last like 5 hours this patch I think makes me sleep a little longer. It doesn't work by itself I tried it. Maybe because my body is used to ambienI keep buying itIt might work for people who don't take ambien give it a try

I have trouble sleeping at night so I got these sleep patches I had seen online. I have used them for a week. I can get about 4 straight hours of sleep before waking up again. Usually I sleep for 1/2 hour or so at a time, so these patches are working. I would like to go to bed at 10 pm and not wake up until about 6 am or so. that would be great.

It works. It takes almost 2 hours to go to sleep though.
