NO UVB TUBE - 2 PIN PLUGS
Product itself is good quality, but didn't come with a UVB tube and no mention that it would come with 2x 2 pin plugs which are no good as im a UK customer.

Great idea and works amazingly when it wants to
Great idea and works amazingly when it wants to.I have had 5 of these fail on me, all for the same reason, the UVB breaks. Have tried changing the. Bulbs and fuses but the issue is internal.I give five stars to customers services, however, it has gotten to a point where I do not trust the product and the replacements. I have had some replacements break in the first week, whilst others have lasted 6 months.When you have reptiles that depend on UVB it is a massive risk, I am currently taking up the issue with quality control. Until the problem is rectified, I advise you to stay away.
