I've been taking these about two weeks now, and after about 5 or so days I noticed a definite feeling of fullness between meals, less desire to snack due to hunger. I was previously on Mounjaro, and had a lot of success, but gained coming off it. This gives a light version feeling of the fullness I experienced with that. I will say, they are a large pill, that isn't something that bothers me. I have taken them on an empty stomach, and yes, that will give you a little upset stomach/yucky vitamin taste in your mouth, but nothing horrible. I'm slowly losing weight, but I am also keeping under 1100 calories a day and doing an hour on an elliptical every day, so I can't say if it is the vitamin, but I will say I believe it is providing great support to my experience.

I’ve been taking these for over a year. While I can’t say I feel like a new person or twenty years younger or anything, I can say that if I run out and go a few days without them, I definitely notice a difference in my overall feeling of well being. This may have more to do with the caffeine than anything else in them, but I appreciate the alertness boost I receive from one of these vs. having to drink who knows how many cups of coffee for the equivalent. Plus it can’t hurt to get the extra boost of various vitamins.

I’ve been taking the Women’s One A Day Metabolism Support Vitamins for a week. While I haven’t noticed any weight loss yet, I really love that it gives me all the daily vitamins I need in one tablet. I feel more energized and haven’t had any side effects.The pill is easy to take, no weird aftertaste, and the price is reasonable. I’ll definitely keep taking it and will update my review after a full month to see if there’s any progress with metabolism or weight management. So far, so good!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love this Product and couldn’t find it. I have now found it and am so Happy! It doesn’t make me nauseous or shaky with those ingredients. It gives me energy and I lose a little weight too!

I have been taking one a day active metabolism for many years now. This bottle was very reasonably priced for several months of vitamins. I have found if I don't take these vitamins, I get very sluggish even while taking another vitamin. These give me energy.

Unfortunately I have to stop taking these because no matter what I eat and drink before taking one, I become EXTREMELY nauseous to the point of throwing up every single time. It’s the most intense nausea I’ve ever felt and comes out of nowhere. I also didn’t realize how much caffeine was in these!!!!!!!

I have bought this product twice now and will continue to tell everyone how great it is. It’s durable, great price, and overall I am beyond impressed. Highly recommend

I was excited to try these vitamins because they had everything I was looking for in them. I noticed that the vitamins contained caffeine when I bought them, and I figured it would be a good boost of energy to start my day- similar to having a cup of coffee.I took the first vitamin after a large breakfast and was waiting to see if the vitamin would make me nauseous like some of the other reviews said. The vitamin was large but easy to swallow with water and the taste wasn't bad. I didn't experience any nausea from taking the vitamin. However, I was unaware about the real issue I had to worry about until a little bit later.When the caffeine from this vitamin kicked in, it didn't feel like a cup of coffee. It didn't even feel like an energy drink. It felt like some kind of hard drug or something. It was really intense and not a pleasant energetic feeling. My heartbeat became worryingly fast and irregular and I could feel my heart pounding in my chest. My brain felt overwhelmed from the caffeine. It pretty much sent my entire body into panic mode. I drink caffeinated drinks daily, including energy drinks, and I have never had an experience like this before. I was genuinely scared I might have a heart attack or something. This feeling lasted 6-8 hours before completely going away.It is safe for me to say that regardless of how good the supplements are in these vitamins, I cannot take another one and I cannot recommend them to anyone else either. I don't think they should be putting this much caffeine in a vitamin which is in a pill form designed to absorb into your body all at once. It is dangerous and absolutely not something anyone should be taking every morning. Please look after your heart, and do not take vitamins which have caffeine in them. I decided to leave a 1 star review because I had a really scary experience after taking this vitamin and I won't be able to take them again, meaning I wasted over 20 dollars.
