This always helps me recall dreams. I have been through a lot of other lucid dream supplements in which I don't even always remember what my dreams were let alone could control them. While I have not experienced much of a lucid dream just yet (not that that's advertised as a feature), I'm confident that when I am able to lucid dream I will be able to remember it thanks to this.Fair warning, I was not aware that the turmeric was going to make my body feel warm for the first couple of nights and the first time it happened I was worried because I didn't know what was going on. Turns out it was just the tumeric increasing my blood flow and that only happened for the first two nights.

I finally got it. been wanting this for a long time. Well packaged, and I will buy again.

Took it once and woke up with a headache. I don't typically have headaches but definitely have a persistent migraine the next day so I will not take this again.

Super fast acting. I immediately noticed positive changes. My intuition has sharpened for certain. I started my own business and quit my 20 hour job. Like anything else what you believe works or will work, you energize it. Grateful for this addition to my supplements.
