I laughed when my groomer suggested this. My big boy has ear issues. Always infected ears. Yes he’s been treated my his vet . I use this to keep his ears back for a little while during the day. It’s cotton so it’s not too hot. I use it inside. My boy is a Diva he stays inside the air conditioning. I think this wil help keep his ears dry . I got this calming hood for my daughter's pitbull who has severe anxiety to fireworks and loud noises. We were easily able to put it on him. He doesn't mind wearing it. It muffles the noises enough for him to remain calm.
