Product was damaged. There was no option for replacement, hence returned it.

This is a nice water purifier. Water quality has improved. Recommend to buy this if your water tds is below 300 only. Not suitable for borewell water. The filter is easy to fit. The instruction manual is in pdf and suggest to follow the same. Some youtube videos has reviews of old purifier which needs the filter to be submerged in water 30 mins before installation which isn't required for this as this is direct fit and just pour the water. Also the blue Knob which goes to the bottom filter needs to be slowly tightened to allow water be filtered because if it's air tight the water won't flow. All these tutorials are not there with eureka website. Hence one less star.

Ok I'm using Aquaguard Amrit water flow is good I'm using only municipal corporation water so there is no clorin smell,taste is good, storage good ,purification good .

I recently purchased the 21-liter non-electrical Aquaguard water filter from Eureka Forbes. The overall quality of the water filter is good, and it performs well in providing clean and safe drinking water but less compared to previous water filter quality of water. However, I have concerns regarding the cartridge and the Akua Beat Particulate Filter. The product claims a 6000-liter capacity for the cartridge, but based on my experience, I doubt it will last that long. Additionally, the quality and durability of the Akua Beat Particulate Filter don't seem to match expectations either. The previous filter cartridge I used was of better quality and performed more reliably. If the longevity and quality of these components could improve to meet the product's claims, this would be an excellent choice. For now, it’s decent but leaves room for significant improvement.

The product is bad, within 3 month of purchase this is the condition of the cartridge. It grew moulds and fungus and the water isn’t getting filtered at all. Horrible service by the customer service agents, even though product is within warranty period you still have to buy a new cartridge. Harassing and non helpful service! Just buy something else, a lot of options available in the market, this is a bad product .
