It holds towels
It holds towels. I bought it to replace one I had accidentally ripped out of the wall (was using it to balance my self when cleaning the high areas of the shower). I could not find this in the store (Lowes, Home Depot) but a quick search here on Amazon and voila! Easy to install.

Not the one pictured
It actually works as a towel bar, but is not the one pictured. The bracketsbare rounded, not beveled.It is Lenape part 42501They are also not pure white.I looked for one specifically to match my existing fixtures. If you want the one pictured with beveled ends search forLenape part 818205.So save yourself an extra trip to return this item.

Nice towel bar
Towel bar arrived on time,seems well made.

Another towel bar
It was exactly what I was looking for in order to add a towel bar to master bath.Surprisingly they did not have any in big box store.The ceramic ends are well made, both uniform size.
