Womens Powder Lite II Mid Jacket

I live this cost! It is light weight, yet duper warm! I ended up with an XL and am glad because it gives me room for extra layers- I would say sizing is right on point. I love the hood as it stays in place yet isn’t too bulky. All in all a great coat and excellent price!

Took a trip to NYC recently. I wanted a longer coat but wanted something light weight due to traveling. I ordered this coat but sized up from 2x, to 3x just incase it ran small. I would say it is at least true to size if not a little large. I would have exchanged for the 2x or maybe even xl after trying on. I have large biceps and often coats are tight for me there. I was able to wear several layers and felt comfortable with sweater and sweatshirt. The coat kept me very warm and even felt comfortable with just wearing a long sleeve shirt. I am 5’5 and typically wear 2x shirt and 18-20 bottoms. I didn’t test it out much but it seems to withstand water as well. The sleeves were just slightly too long for me but have small elastic band at end so that helped. Loved the navy color and matches well with accessories. Packs up easy and I could fit the whole coat in a backpack style purse if needed.

I honestly really liked this coat it was just too big for me. The color is beautiful and Columbia is a name I trust as my winter jacket is from them and have had it for years. Keeps me toasty. This had the same mining. I will probably reorder in a smaller size.

It is everything I was looking for. It’s very lightweight, has good insulation and will easily smush down to fit in a backpack. I purchased the navy blue-it’s a very dark blue- I’m 5’5” & about 165 lbs; and it comes down to the top of my knees. Sleeves are about 3” too long which is nice to keep hands warm. I did size up (I usually wear an XL in Columbia tops) and ordered a XXL, so I would have extra room to wear heavier weight tops. So glad I did that, as it is quite comfortable & cozy. Most of my weight is in my midsection (not busty -just the 70 year old belly going on). If you’re younger, and still have a waistline, I think you could stay with your usual size. Both outside pockets have zippers, as well as a double zip front. The quality is superb, so I’m expecting it to last many decades of wear and tear. I know it’s a bit spendy, but it’s well worth the price. I would highly recommend this jacket.

I love how lightweight this jacket is. The navy is a nice neutral color. I'm excited that this jacket will be easy to pack for trips & that it will keep me warm and dry. The Omni heat feature is what really bought me to this Columbia jacket. I own a fleece lined waterproof jacket from another brand and while it definitely kept me warm & dry, as a tourist it made me so sweaty walking around with that fleece. So I'm hoping this Omni heat technology will keep me warm but not overheat while I'm out exploring. Sizing was spot on for me. I got the XXL and I'm a 44 chest 38 waist 50 hips and I'm beyond comfortable in this jacket. I won't have any problems layering which is something I was worried about based on other reviews. All of my zippers are smooth right now. I initially thought the zipper was on the left hand side of the jacket so I had trouble in the begining but once I realized it's the on the right hand side, it's been smooth sailing. I wish the outer pockets were fleece lined but love that they are zippered pockets. No drawstring on the hood which was a bit surprising. And I really wish this jacket had the built in hand warmer like the other Columbia jacket I almost purchased instead. Overall though,I'm glad I picked this one My main use of this jacket will be for travel. So far I am very happy with my purchase & can't wait to take it to Scotland next year!

Love this coat! Ordered one size larger for wearing over sweaters. Love the bidirectional zipper, perfect fit and length. Black Colombia always looks stylish.size large, usually am a medium though.

I was a bit skeptical when I first looked at this coat. Thought it might be too light for the near zero degree days we experience in our area at times. But I was so wrong! I layer this jacket over nothing but a sweatshirt or sweater and I'm so warm. No multilayering like i used to do with other coats. I love that it hits at my thighs creating even more warmth. A great but for the price.

Es una prenda de muy buena calidad y para mí perfecta porque no es demasiado gordita pero el forro interior mantiene muy bien el calor

La giacca è leggera ma molto calda, con interno riflettente tipico di alcune linee della Columbia. La taglia XL mi sta un po' abbondante (io porto una 48 italiana, la taglia XL potrebbe equivalere più a una 50) ma consentirebbe di indossare capi pesanti sotto e quindi andrebbe bene, salvo il fatto che le maniche sono lunghissime ed, essendo rifinite solo con un bordino elastico, non sono regolabili come in altre giacche della Columbia che ho acquistato in passato. Questa ragione sarebbe già sufficiente per fare il reso, ma la cosa più grave è che mi è arrivato un capo difettato, con la cerniera a doppia via che non si sgancia al fondo e si tira su con difficoltà. Il capo è arrivato dentro una semplice busta trasparente di plastica che non ha alcun marchio del produttore: secondo me si tratta di un capo già restituito perché difettoso, rivenduto come nuovo ma non utilizzabile data la tipologia di difetto. Trovo molto deludente dover fare un reso sprecando tempo e risorse ambientali. Non so se sia colpa della casa produttrice o della gestione di Amazon. In ogni caso la giacca non è adatta alla mia conformazione fisica a causa delle maniche lunghissime e quindi passerò ad altra marca.

Value for money. It does what it's suppose to do. Bought a larger size but it did not look too oversize on my frame and was able to layer.

this coat has that reflective lining inside. I feel so warm wearing this. it is made of quality materials and value for money. I wear it everyday at the moment, keeping me warm in winter and it fits really well.
