I previously bought a keypad door lock but it crapped out after 2 days. So when I decided to buy this one I was a little hesitant because of a previous experience however; this was one of the best purchases I made for my door. The installation and instructions were easy to understand and if you didn’t understand the directions they had a step by step video which I found on YouTube. So far the door lock has been working great. It recognizes my fingerprint each time and the code creation was also easy to do on the app.

This smart lock is great. Very easy to assemble. The fingerprint recognition is next to none and the app is easy to use. It connects like it should and hasn’t given me any problems. It WILL log you out every once in a while for security reason, but you just have to log back in. It’s easy to program and add multiple people. The only reason I dropped a star is because it goes through batteries pretty fast. I didn’t receive a notification that the batteries are low and it seems to affect the auto lock. I had the problem where it wouldn’t auto lock right away and one day it auto locked a few hours later while I was home, so that’s something to watch out for. All in all it’s a very good lock, great for the price.

This was easy to install and I would recommend it. The hardware was made with quality materials and looked very good. I would have given this only 4.5 stars if I could because you need to purchase the WiFi bridge separately if you want to utilize the Alexa or Google Assistant features. In addition, I called Amazon tech support for help because every time I tried to use the Google Assistant to unlock or lock the unit, it kept telling me that something went wrong with the PIN I entered. I had to dig into the Google group chats and learned that you need to use the PIN from the Philips app under the profile section. From there you select "works with" and then Google Assistant. You will find the correct PIN in this section. I did purchase the WiFi bridge separately and I'm very happy with the system.

Works great! Easy to assemble ans use keyless entry with fingerprint does have trouble some after rain, which i expected, but code entry still works then. I feel safer in my neighbourhood with it

The door look seems to work fine. The installation instructions we vague and I had to repeat steps of the installation multiple times because of the lack of details in the steps.
