If my hair needs a pickup I use this. Doesn't matter if you shampoo the same day or waited 7 days. It works and a great bonus a little goes a long way. I always order 1 extra because I never want to run out.

This is probably the first refreshing spray that actually works well for my 2C/3A curls...formula is hydrating, lifts my limp curls and makes them shine! The fragrance, however, is overwhelming for sensitive noses. Minus 1 star...I wear a mask for a bit while it dries and wears off.A fragrance-free, or softer fragrance even, version would absolutely kill it, Curlsmith =)

I have 2c-3a hair that gets very dull looking 2 to 3 days after I wash it, it's color treated. This shake and shine takes care of frizz and makes your hair very shiny. But I feel like I need to wash again a day or two after using it.

I love Curlsmith products and get their Shine line which is fragrance free for my fragrance sensitivities. Thought Shake and Shine, with Shine in the name, was unscented also but is not.

Doesn’t build up in my non porous hair as quickly as other refreshes.

The product left my hair feeling great. Curls/waves were refreshed. BUT, I could not get past the strong fruity smell. It's like fruit that's spoiled, and it lasts all day. I wish they could make a fragrance-free version. I opted to return because the bad smell outweighed the benefits to my hair. Too bad. :(

Loved this and was using it between wash days when I noticed the back of my neck and upper back were itchy and had a rash spreading. Definitely was this product causing it. I am a fair skinned red head with sensitive skin so I am probably unusual in this reaction. If it wasn’t for that, I was going to put this on autoship because it worked so well.
