Blaze Evercade Thalamus Collection 1 Cartridge

Love the Evercade product, but especially the range of home computer carts and this is no exception. Thalamus was a cart I was looking forward to receiving and I was not disappointed. To be fair though I did own a C64 so realise these games aren’t for everyone. The graphics are crude and the gameplay can be challenging but that just makes it more fun!

If you don't have nostalgia for these games and the c64 this might not be the collection for you, however if you do, or are willing to put the effort in there's a good chance you'll enjoy this a lot For myself I'd played a bunch of these back in the day, I really enjoyed creatures but the brutal difficulty meant I never got that far into it. It was very satisfying to finally beat it many moons later. Speaking of moons... Hunters moon is a great puzzle shooter that has an absolutely huge amount of levels. Creatures 2 is also great and might be more doable for many people. Maybe. The puzzles are obtuse at times but fun to work out. How much you enjoy the games depends on your appreciation for home micro games from the era, they lack the polish and refinement of their console counterparts but have charms if you can embrace their quirks.

eine schöne Spielesammlung für jeden Retro Fan. Ich spiele es auf meinem Evercade Starter Pack das ich an meinen Fernseher mit Mini HDMI angeschlossen habe. Da läuft es einwandfrei.

Nie mam uwag. Produkt przyszedl szybko i byl dobrze zapakowany. Sam cardridge to juz do oceny indywidualnej, co kto lubi z retro ;)

La mia Software House preferita per Commodore 64 negli anni ‘80! Se al posto di Winter/Summer Camp e Heatseeker, usciti molto tardivamente, avessero messo una trilogia di Stavros Fasoulas come Sanxion, Delta e Quedex, sarebbe stata perfetta ma ci si può accontentare…

Absolut beeindruckend. Lässt sich toll spielen. Eine wunderschöne Zeitreise.

Vielleicht muss man explizit Fan von Thamalus sein, um diese Spielesammlung wirklich wertschätzen zu können. Ich habe mir sie vielmehr gekauft, um meine Evercade Sammlung zu vervollständigen. Auf den C64 bezogen gibt es sicherlich viele merklich bessere Spiele, daher würde ich diese Collection nur der Spiele wegen nicht nochmals kaufen.
