An odd earthy taste but was nice and it worked well
An interesting item to say the least, as an edible this was a very strange fermented vegetable taste that reminded me of vegetable and soy sauce. As a good probiotic it did the job well although for the first few days I used it I had a slight upset stomach but after that everything was fine.It definitely helped over time and after finishing the course I 100% felt a lot better within myself.A good product I really can't fault it minimal side effects and worked as expected.

SEEMS TO DO GOOD FOR MY GUT
The product I recently ordered is a uniquely formulated supplement known as the Fermented Vegetable Extract, marketed as a comprehensive 3 in 1 solution for gut health. This supplement is part of the OM-X® line and is notable for its meticulous production process, which involves an impressive five years of unheated fermentation. During this extensive fermentation period, the product incorporates a blend of twelve different bacterial cultures derived from a variety of natural sources, including fruits, vegetables, and seaweed. Each order comes with thirty sachets of this supplement, which I found to be quite convenient for daily use. One of the appealing characteristics of this product is that it is unflavoured, making it easy to incorporate into my daily routine without altering the taste of my meals or drinks. While some dietary supplements contain live bacteria, I discovered that this particular formula does not include any live bacteria, which is a new concept for me in the realm of probiotics.I find myself wondering if this innovative approach offers advantages over traditional probiotics, which often rely on delivering live cultures to aid gut health. Despite my initial uncertainty regarding this difference, I have been using the supplement consistently and am pleased to report that I have not experienced any adverse side effects. More importantly, I have noticed an improvement in my gut health since incorporating this product into my routine. Overall, my experience with the Fermented Vegetable Extract has been positive, and I'm curious to explore further the potential benefits of this unique formulation. Thank you for taking time to read my review. I hope you 👍 find it helpful.

Very strong
The media could not be loaded. Well, in terms of a supplement, this would probably fall into the extreme category, but in a good way. Luckily you even get warned on the package, to don't try to use it daily, because it provides too much. As a fermented product, it's taste almost identical to soy sauce, but with a significantly higher, almost caramell like consistency. It's definitely not a cheap supplement, but it can provide it's value for a long time if you just lower the dosage. It can essentially last from 1 to 3 months.I think I can recommend this, because it's a natural multi-vitamin like product, but it definitely offer more, than just a regular multi-vitamin supplement. And the price is high upfront, but it's fair in terms of offered value.

Not cheap but good ingredients it seems
I like things like this that are in a convenient sachet as it is easy for me to throw in my bag and take to the office to have there. This one is full of some very interesting things that have all sorts of health benefits both in terms of gut health, which is always a good thing, and in terms of immunity. It makes a pleasant change having this kind of thing to popping more tablets, and for anyone, like my wife for example, who hates having supplements in the form of capsules, then this is a super alternative.I have only been on these for a couple of weeks so it is hard to say how much benefit they are having, but I can report that there's been no negatives so far.I will continue until the end of the month and then review the situation then and see it is worth continuing, which I definitely will if there's a noticeable difference.

Not for me
I was recommended these but were a bit too strong in flavour for me. Maybe I got a bad batch. For this price I was expecting better

Incredibly expensive
I try out and review a lot of different vitamins and health supplements, and occasionally feel like the health benefits were noticeable, but more often find that the there isn't anything striking enough to attribute to the supplements. Unfortunately, these fermented vegetable extracts fall into the category of not feeling any particular health difference, which feels too much when they currently cost around £70 for month's supply. The product is obviously of a high quality, and just the fact that they taste palatable demonstrates how much care has gone into creating them. I feel like if you've done your research and are looking for the ingredients in these Dr. OHHIRA supplements, you can probably be reassured that this is a good source and maybe worth taking a chance on. Personally, maybe I didn't need them, or maybe I'd need to take them for longer than a month, but without feeling any obvious benefits I wouldn't buy them again.
