This is a great small beginner's kit! The lamp is rechargeable and the 4 in 1 nail gel cures quite nicely and is strong.

I could not tell in the description whether the lamp was rechargeable or required batteries until I received it. I was pleased to see it came with a detachable USB cord, so I assumed it was wireless and rechargeable. I plugged it in to get it to charge and then came back about an hour later. It turns on while it's plugged in, but not while it's unplugged. So this means this tiny, seemingly portable UV lamp needs to be plugged into power while in use. Not very convenient, especially since the cord it came with isn't long enough to reach an outlet from tabletop use. Thankfully the cord is pretty common and I happened to have a long enough one to try it at my vanity. I tested the glue on one nail and it did indeed harden, but it does yellow a bit when it does. Since this is meant to be glue used under false nails, I guess that's not a big deal, just thought it was worth mentioning.

This little nail lamp is nice. It's not professional strength, but for the cost it is fine. Its easy to use and works as expected.
