I cannot begin to tell you how much money I have wasted over the years trying to find the perfect pillow. I am a 58 year old side sleeper with the bad habit of putting my forearm and hand under my pillow. In my 40’s I began having severe shoulder pain but not chronic enough to inhibit daily actives or cause great concern. I chalked it up to aging and complaints of the living only to learn years later that this sleeping position caused me to develop bursitis in my shoulders. This position places about 10 lbs of torque on your shoulder and rotator cuff causing permanent damage over time. I would wake several times during the night with a numb hand or shoulder stuck in an uncomfortable position. I decided to once again try to find a pillow that could help me get a full night, pain free sleep. The concept of the Wife Pillow seemed logical and with Amazons return policy I though why not give it a try. My first nights sleep was not as I had expected and started to think I was going to be dissatisfied once again. I noticed in the packaging that after 3 days you can send a text Customer Service saying “More Oomph” to receive more filling. I decided to call customer service for some advice and that is when I learned the pillow was fully customizable. Various pockets and channels allow you to add or subtract filling to suite your specific needs. After receiving the additional stuffing this pillow is exactly what I have been looking for. This company stands behind their product, offers sound advise and provides reasonably fast delivery. This is a WIN, WIN and you won’t be disappointed due to the customization found with no other pillow that I am aware of. I believe it only took about 15 pillows to finally find the one that actually works as advertised. Slightly pricey but in my opinion you cannot put a price on a comfortable full nights pain free sleep.

Worst pillow I ever purchased. Not high enough and made my shoulder pain worsen.

Unfortunately very disappointed with this purchase. I paid around 300$ for the pillow, and a 120$ for delivery! I was hoping that the pillow would alleviate my pain and reduce pressure on my shoulder (since it is injured) but unfortunately it did the opposite. The pillow couldn't hold for a few days, the middle part where the head goes on got compressed within 3 days. When I slide my arm under the pillow, instead of having shoulder pain, I had shoulder and bicep pain! Honestly, I think this is the worst pillow I've ever bought in my life. Make your arm and shoulder a service and never buy it. Not worth the money at all.

Purchased this pillow as a gift, and it's terrible. The direct website offers a 101 Day Guarantee, so I emailed Customer Service directly within that window, asking if my Amazon purchase applies. It really doesn't for returns, but they were gracious about added filling (even though I had already added 4 additional packs of stuffing immediately after purchasing, to no avail). My guy is 6'4" and 250lbs, so he needs solid support. But I'll say that even my own head squashes this thing (I'm a muscular 5'6"). Don't waste your money on this product unless you plan to purchase a bunch of additional material and stuff it to the hilt. Personally, if I plan to spend over $200, I'm not making the pillow myself - some assembly required? Frustrating. I wonder if we'd had more time to dedicate to solving the issue immediately, the Company would've provided more stuffing as a courtesy, but we're going on 9 months post-purchase and 5-6 bags of the added stuffing. If I could rewind, I'd skip the hassle.

I’ve been using it for several months now and honestly can’t sleep without it. I wish the pillow cases were better quality as they’ve all either ripped or zipper had broken after only a few months. I did reach out to the company and they offered a replacement as long as I leave this review. Kind of odd, but whatever.
