I've used pretty much all the pre workouts that are available in the market, but none of them gave me the pump and focus that i needed, until i got to Pre Gayor. I hadn't seen many reviews on youtube about this pre workout, neither there were many reviews on amazon, but i looked at the ingredients list and thought about buying it and trust me, best decision ever. Must try pre workout, the focus and pump is awesome and it doesn't even have those tingling sensations. The only con is that they don't have the mango flavour available.

Better to have coffee instead

I think this is the best pre-workout in market.Even half dose is enough for a good workout

I’ve been working out for over 10 years, been also taking supplements for 10 years now and none of them caused nausea. Wanted to try this new brand and felt nauseous. Tried it for almost a week, felt nauseated every single day within 30min of consuming this pre workout.Gives the energy later on yes but the puke-ish feeling is worse. I do not recommend this.
