Q: How long did you wait before walking on it? Is it overwhelmingly strong odor when applying?Someone said they did it before bed but nervous about fume

We used it on an outdoor pickleball court made of tile. No noticable fumes and used the court 24 hours later. Made a noticable difference Note: we live in Republic of Panama, its quite warm.

Q: I have a granite patio would this product change the color of the stone. Would the granite still be shiny

I used it on marble. No slipping in socks or for my dog now, and it is still shiny!

Q: Can I put this sealer on top of a ‘wet look’ sealer that I applied to my slate tile? It made the tile to slick.

Slip and slide success

Amazing - truely a miracle that doesn't cost the earth. We had a our bathroom done recently where my wife picked beautiful polished porcelain tiles. We wanted matching floor and wall tiles but our builder was reluctant as the floor became super slippery! Rather than change the tiles and have a floor that didn't match, we tried this liquid and couldn't be happier!The tiles look the same, the quality is there as is their shine but no more slips! Safely step out of the shower with wet feet and no worries.Don't often write a review but this product really deserves credit where credit is due!

My tiled floor was very slippery after applying the two coats it is nonslippery. So safe and transparent. I recommend this product for many floors
