Wonderful for thin people needing help reach high calorie and protein count.
Like this brand always better tasting compared to other brands. They did lower the protien. Only problem is that there is never enough to go around for everyone. They are always sold out for a month every few months, including the company website.

Product is pretty good
The picture said it had 10g of creatine but when I got the container it says 3g of creatine. For 70$ only 5 servings hurts but I guess getting big isn't cheap.

Taste is pretty good and it mixes okay, but the serving size is large and can feel heavy. Also, it may cause some bloating if you take a full serving at once.
