It works but it isn’t as strong as it should be but it does work

I'm a casual golfer that just enjoys getting outside on a nice day. Every time I swing my left shoulder bothers me, and by the end of a round I'm not even interested in teeing off. This joint and muscle support cream lands firmly in the middle of the road. On the positive side, the formula is clean, absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue, and won't interfere with your grip or daily routine. It does seem to be effective at calming down overworked muscles and joints after repetitive motion. However, the main downside is that it needs several applications to give noticeable relief. Because it requires so much product to achieve real results, the small three-ounce container runs out quickly, making it pretty expensive versus the myriad other options on the market. It is a decent product that eventually gets the job done, but given the high price per ounce and the amount you have to apply, it isn't the most budget-friendly choice available.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This cream really helps numb my lower back and glutes when I golf, for the whole round. It feels nice and minty and refreshing on the skin for a while when it is applied, and then keeps the area pain free for many hours. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to golf in comfort.

This product was given to me at a golf expo and I use it primarily for shoulder relief. I actually use this product more when playing baseball than golf, and it has worked wonders for my throwing shoulder. My shoulder is significantly less fatigued now and no longer hurts the following day. This has been a phenomenal product for me and I will continue to use it for muscle aches and joint pain as long as I need to.

I turned 50 this year and when I golf, I have a lot more aches and pains than I used to have. Normally I use Voltaren Gel before every round of golf and it works well (along with some Advil). When I saw this, it intrigued me since it's all natural. It smells nice (kind of minty) and it may work... it's so subjective to determine what levels of pain are. I think it might work as well as the voltaren but with natural ingredients. I'm going to use it several more times and see how it stacks up. I'm really hoping it works as well because if it does, I'll definitely switch to this all-natural cream.

I was looking for a natural plant-based product to help with muscle soreness, joints, and nerve pain. Although this is designed mainly for soreness as a result of golfing, when I read the ingredients and their benefits, I wanted to try it for my knees and arms which frequently have muscle and joint aching from past heavy lifting and other activities I did in my younger years. I'm very sensitive to chemicals, and love that this cream doesn't bother me at all. It's also cooling and soothing when you rub it in, with sort of a menthol smell, is non-greasy, and really does seem to help a lot. It also goes a long way. I've been putting a little on daily and still have a ton left.
