Very thin and light knife. Lightest knife I own. Works well and comes with a decent edge. The logo sticker will come off soon I suspect. Small hands required for a good grip.

Not as good quality as our previous similar model.Blade stains easily.

Ideal. I take it with me to restaurants so that I can cut really thin slices of fillet steak. Doubles the eating pleasure, and far better than the traditional meat-tearing serrated steak knife.

I saw this knife recommended in a cooking magazine. It comes in 3 inch or 4 inch paring knife blades. I ordered the 4 inch. The knife is slim. Fits the hand well. The blade is thin and I use it for a lot of things. I do wish I would have ordered the 3 inch paring knife instead of the 4 inch. Perhaps I will later on. Great knife!
