Are these bands just for muscle/body builders or are they also good for toning and physical therapy?

I bought lighter weight less expensive sets and returned them for these. Much better quality. I think you can use them for either. I use them for light / moderate strength training and keeping tone. I've had an injured rotator cuff and these help with some of the exercises I was prescribed. Ask your PT if they're good for physical therapy. Hope that helps.

How long are these bands? I was hoping to purchase a set where each band (regardless of resistance level) was the same length to help w/ pullups

I don’t know the length of them, but it is irrelevant in relation to these, because They are not designed to assist with pull ups. The ones for that are one solid continuous piece, basically a giant rubber band. You can find these on amazon as well.

do thse bands come with an exercise guide?

It came with a folded chart that has illustrations of exercises. You can find a lot of exercises and videos online. The bands are great.

How long are these bands?

The bands are 5ft. long. With handles on 6ft, 4 inches.
