Worth its weight in Gold!
I pre-ordered this book as soon as I found it was available to buy in an English translation. I love that it’s a hardback book, and the inner pages are also thick paper which gives the book a nice quality feel , when holding in your hands to read. I am on chapter 4 now, and I have already learned so much profound insights. Which know I can apply to myself, and which will enable me to improve my life as a whole, for myself and those around me! It is well written, easy to understand and gives practical guidance for people at any level in life. It has the right balance of information, history, passion, and clarity on how everything links together, so we can apply it to ourselves to become our best self! Definitely a must buy book!

Very good quality hardback book with illustrations .
This fairly heavy hardback book is a treasure, and would make a special gift. It arrived well packaged, and the price was to be expected, comparing, all the same price, unless sold as used. Interesting illustrations with the text, and a book to chill out with . I love it

clear thinking, slowing down and simply being present
If you’re looking for a revelation in the form of an emotional hit this is not the book for you! I must admit I think I was expecting more. Then I realized this has been a way of mine for a very long time! The more mindset had crept in again so slowly I barely realized till reading . Shi Heng Yi has a beautiful way of explaining the ways for clarity, simplicity and living in the now, with the depth of the virtues encompassing all living beings and being in the body. Something so simple and basic yet.. quite difficult to achieve it would seem. 🙇♀️ Thank you 🙏

Definitely a soul-opening, no-nonsense read - excellent!
Blissful clarity and refreshing authenticity. Soulfood and inspiration at its best. Will return here for a proper review, but for now I wish to thank the author for his immeasurable gifts to any who feel the call to grow and find peace amidst the circus antics of life.

Too basic, no real instruction
It's an ok book, but it's really basic and in a way dissapointing for the price. I was hoping that it had a detailed guide about stances and breathwork. Because in the end, it keeps going on about how much mind and body work hand in hand. And yet then you get to a chapter for ex with the squatting monkey stance and i could've learned more about it from a 2 second google search than what's in the book. If i wrote a book and put only that small amount of information about it, I'd be ashamed honestly. Same with breathwork. Plus it's only 250 pages long. Was it so hard to actually detail the physical practices?
