Padded swivel sliding shower transfer benches

I can't recommend this product If you need to slide onto the seat from a wheelchair or use of a sliding board. The rotation lock isn't strong enough to resist the rotational forces and out-of-balance force that are being applied to the seat. Also, when the seat was freely rotating, the slide lock released due to the forces being applied. With the seat wanting to slide and freely rotate, this became a VERY scary situation for my wife. I was able to pull the seat back and 'look it in place. Since this product is not returnable, I'm going to bolt the seat to the base so it can't rotate. Can'l recommend poduct as designed.

This is a very robust sliding shower chair and transfer bench. Both the seat and the backrest are covered with soft cushions with a solid surface. It is comfortable to set on and easy to wash. It is very stable when the chair spans the bathtub while you sit on the seat. The whole thing is made with high-quality stainless steel, over two solid plastic connectors. There are 4 legs stretched out wearing rubber shoes to prevent slipping. The chair is set on top of this heavy frame, sliding in and out, or swirl to change directions. There are two snug locks to controlling sliding action. For swirl motion, the controller is a red tag controlling a large pushpin. There is also a softy belt to secure the patient when motion is in action.

I am pleased with this Eagle Health Supplies Padded Swivel Sliding Shower Chair & Transfer Bench. It is very good quality, sturdy, easy to assemble, seat is very comfortable and slides and swivels great, height adjustment works good, and worth the price.
