My daughter insisted I get a new user-friendly rolling carry-on suitcase. I thought my old one was still ok, but this one is GREAT! Light weight; roomy; several zip pockets; and it rolls along so easily.

This is my first Samsonite suitcase. It lives fully up to the reputation I've heard. It's lightweight but really packs a ton if you roll up clothes in bundles and carefully arrange the placement of items. It has a lot of pockets, some of which are cleverly designed to be accessible from the outside without opening up the suitcase. It is also well balanced so that when I secure a backpack over the pull-up handle, the whole thing stands pretty well, does not tip over, and rolls around easily. The only complaint I have is that pockets equal zippers; it's very easy to confuse which zipper handles open which pocket. I wish they could be distinguished a little better by placement or maybe shape. Like another reviewer said, the dimensions are significantly bigger than how it's described in Amazon's product description. It's actually measured 23" (H) x 15" (W) x 10" (D) (including handles whenever applicable). I will deduct one star for false advertisement. However in actual experience I have been able to get away with carry-on dimensions slightly larger than what airlines specify. So far I've been able to carry this on 4 domestic American Airline flights with no issue passing gate agents and fitting into overhead compartments. They key is not to use the expansion capability and pack it to the max. So long as the luggage does not appear bulging to the gate agents, it should be fine to be carried on.

Truly a light bag, was able to fit 7 days of clothing and accessories in the bag, lots os extra pock we ts and the wheels are great, they miv r with the baggage perfectly!

Nice carry on sized suitcase, well made and happy with purchase. I didn't deduct any stars, since the bag itself is nice, however, this is only domestic sized carry on luggage. The measurements given in the description are not accurate. From floor to top of case (not including handle) is 21.625" and the depth of the bag is more like 9". I purchased it with the intention of using for international travel and it exceeded the allowed dimensions. However, I am keeping the bag for domestic travel.

This bag on the amazon website had dimensions of 20.3 x 13.7 x7.8 inches, the picture shows the 20.3 including the wheels in the measurement along with the handle. This was perfect for KLM and Virgin Atlantic whose carry on size is 21.7x9.9x 13.8 inches. When I got the bag I loved it, then I found the measurements on the bag were 23.x 14.x etc. (unfortunately I send the card with the measurements back with the bag) I measured the bag myself and it was just a little over 23" high. I would have sued the heck out of someone if I believed the website and gone to the airport with it.

Great suitcase, very well made and well priced for the quality and the ten year warranty.

Might be durable, might be roomy, might be a lot of things but one thing it IS NOT is a 20" dimension. It comes in at 22" I measured it when it arrived. Can't use it for the airline I'm traveling on.

I loved this carry-on. It's lightweight, spacious, moves seamlessly, and has useful outside compartments. However, I had to return it because it measures 23.5 inches, not 20.
