Stroller

I love the wagon. The size is perfect for me with only one toddler. She loves that she can buckle herself in if she wants to. I love that you can push or pull from either side, and that the canopy can be pushed to one side or another. It was so easy to put together, and it's easy to load and unload into my vehicle. It is a little bulky compared to my last wagon (a simple radio flyer wagon) but it's really not that bad. I've taken out to pumpkin patches and used it on messed up sidewalks, and I'd say it handles different terrains just fine. Last thing is that it's also very sturdy.

For starters the wagon is nice but it has its flaws1. The canopy does not come off and it says in the instructions that you can just push it to the side but that doesn't work without bending the poles a little bit and even then it doesn't stay down and my kids hate that they can't see with it up or down.2. The front wheels have 2 options to lock in to go straight or to be able to swivel for easier turning, but you need to check before you move everything because they can switch on their own.3. The option for the middle to stay up does NOT work at all. It literally falls with the slightest pressure so you can not change/ let your baby nap in the wagon without them falling into the middle part and crying.I honestly am disappointed in spending so much money on a wagon that had such great reviews but it just did not live up to the hype.

I’m very pleased with this wagon! It’s very sturdy and the wheels did wonderful on uneven dirt and gravel when we went to a pumpkin patch! I do wish they sold an adapter for a baby carrier, but apart from that great product. Very easy to assemble.

I’m extremely disappointed in this wagon. It’s not suitable for family outings to places like festivals or theme parks. It’s not comfortable to push with a child and other things inside, it gets very heavy and hard to control. The wheels do not rotate which makes it very difficult for turning, especially in gravel. I purchased this for my son who has special needs, and his 6th birthday which was at a renaissance festival. If I hadn’t packed his stroller as a back up, the day would’ve been more ruined than it already was because of this wagon. I thought I was getting a great item for the cost, but I was mistaken. I’m upset that I’ve spent $200 on this disaster, then found a couple other wagons with wheels that rotate AND have more storage space than this. Off and the handles? Definitely a 2 man job just to hold both buttons in to adjust the bars. Trying to return it is another thing. Make sure you can provide your own postage, payment for shipping, and hope that the box wasn’t damaged during delivery because it has to be returned undamaged with product so they can resell to another customers according to the company. I’ve never been more disappointed with a product than I am with this unfortunate experience. Hope this helps.
