If the mirrored wall is made up of individual tiles, be sure the suction cup does not cross one of the lines where the tiles meet or air will get behind the it. Depending on how tight the mirror is to your own wall, that is your level of security. If the mirror can pull off of the wall then the grab handle is not going to provide you safety.

Yes, it could. The diameter of the suction cup measures 3.7 inch and it can fit in 4 inch tiles. What's more, the grip measures total 16.8 inch which is perfect for holding with both hands.

Follow the installation instructions carefully and you will be very happy with this bar. Remember that these bars are designed to help you maintain your balance, not carry your full body weight.
