Addifocus has been pretty effective for me. I take a pill or two and it’s much more convenient than taking each supplement individually.I noticed an elevated focus and concentration and memory—superior to just coffee or matcha.I think it’s an excellent value for the money, considering how each bottle can last 2-4 months (equivalent to the price of coffee for a week).The only downside is that it is a bit difficult to swallow, the pills are a bit on the large side and have a rough pattern that can stick to your mouth easily (flavor isn’t great either). But overall I think it’s an excellent, casual energy and focus supplement.
