To maintain the life of the fabric bring indoors when not in use. This fabric can easily be cleaned by wiping down or hand washing with warm water and a mild soap solution simply rinse with clear water to prevent dirt from embedding itself into the fabric. Happy & Impressed
The material arrived in apx a week. It was exactly as pictured. Color vibrant, sturdy as hoped for. It’s use will be for outdoor curtains to segregate & enclose the patio section from the backyard pool area of my friends home. She’s always been “uneasy” in regards to ordering from thru Amazon, so I did for her. Hopefully, this is an initial step to ease her fear & see the benefits in shopping Amazon. I loved the fabric. It was used to upcycle an old office chair and it came out perfect. I would only say that the material is not as shimmery as it appears in the picture. Other than that, it's great.

Backside looks faded
Glad I ordered just one yard. Love the fabric, Is the typical outdoor type fabric. However, I was going to use for outdoor dining sling chairs that can see from all directions and does not look good from the backside.
