Seller sent damaged product
Product was received in damaged condition though the outer package was intact. Means the seller has sent the defective product for whatever reasons… may be to claim insurance..

I have had the PSR-S970 and back in its days as I couldn't wait to dive into it as it was popular. I have bought this PSR-SX920 keyboard am vary happy with this new keyboard. Was shipped through purolater found, one crack in the box it comes in. But all is well. As is brand new keyboard no damage and with no issues at all. This is one amazing work aranger keyboard. A whole lot more improvements. Supper high quality sounds and how easy it is to build your vary own songs and styles.

El Yamaha PSR SX920 Arreglista, es excelente.

if you're using it for entertainment and fun its great. sounds are very good, and the speakers are full sounding. but, if you need to use it with a DAW like protools, the midi interface is poor. this wasnt designed for realtime production with a daw controlling the sx. so its going back. we also had zero luck contacting anyone at yamaha, or any product specialist to help us with our tech issue.
