Review: Solid workhorse - Ive had this for over a year now. I bought this after we had moved. The local water has a very heavy chlorinated taste and it’s an area that used to have a lot of industrial plants until 70s-80s. The water treatment plants made me additionally wary because if you have to advertise your water is drinkable, there’s probably a good reason for that, so I figured I either needed to get an RO system or start buying drinking water. I bought this thing and it’s worked well for my family’s drinking needs. There’s a noticeable difference in taste between our RO water and the tap waterIt’ll give about 2L before needing to refill the exchange tank. It comes with a 1L carafe that has an included mineral filter to return some essential minerals back to the water and for taste, but i bought an additional 2L glass pitcher so we’d have a decent supply of chilled water on hand for the 4 of us. I usually take 1L water with me to work on top of the kids 1/2 L bottles to daycare and regular home consumption, so ours gets a lot of use. We probably should have bought a bigger model, but this little workhouse has been performing admirably. I did buy a digital water meter to measure ppm so i could compare to the machines output readings and it does check out. This model does fit under kitchen cupboards but because the tank on the back needs to be pulled up to remove it, we have ours on the edge of our counter because we were scraping up our knuckles trying to remove the tank when we had it at a more central location on the counter. If you need a reliable filtering system for your water and a whole house system would be a little too pricey or you don’t have the space to install one at the kitchen sink, this is a great little filter to consider.
Review: Outstanding Customer Service Turned Me Into a Huge Fan - I originally wrote a very different review when my unit stopped working after a bit over a year. Up until that point, it had been a very functional and user-friendly reverse osmosis system. I really liked having the UV cleansing along with the multiple stages of filtration, and the design felt thoughtful and easy to use. When the unit stopped pulling water from the reservoir into the system, I went through all of the troubleshooting steps in the manual and even tried reinstalling the cartridges, but nothing helped. It appeared that the internal pump had simply failed. Since the unit was already out of warranty, I didn’t have particularly high expectations when I reached out to customer service. To my surprise, they responded quickly with a very clear and comprehensive list of troubleshooting steps, all well explained. When none of those solutions resolved the issue, they went above and beyond and replaced the entire unit, even though it was outside the warranty period. I was genuinely amazed by that level of generosity and support. During the time I was waiting for the replacement, I went back to using the filtered water from my refrigerator. Even though the filter was good and not out of date, the taste difference was immediately noticeable to me, and not in a good way. It really drove home how much better the water from this RO unit tastes. Once you get used to it, it’s hard to go back. Because of that experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend both the product and the company behind it. The system itself is convenient, well designed, and produces excellent-tasting water, and it’s reassuring to know that the company stands behind what they make. ### ⭐ Disappointed — Impossible to Find Replacement Filters

Good luck finding replacement filters for this product. They’ve been sold out for over six months, and customer service has been little help. When I first reached out, I was told to keep using my water filter since the RO filter was still good, but there was no estimated restock date. A few weeks later, I followed up, explaining that I wanted to keep using my machine properly. A representative kindly offered to send replacement filters from their warehouse free of charge, considering the inconvenience and the fact that I have small children drinking from the machine. I even received a confirmation call that the PPC and C filters would be sent—but when the package arrived, it contained only a PPC filter that wasn’t even compatible with the T1 Lite model. When I called back to resolve the issue, I was told they would look into it, but I never received a follow-up, email, or replacement. On top of that, my machine began leaking from the bottom, causing water buildup on my counter. Since it was still within the warranty period, they eventually agreed to send a new unit—but only after I sent several videos and emails proving the issue. While the replacement unit came with the correct filters, I’m now two months in and still unable to find replacements anywhere. Unfortunately, I’ll be switching to a brand that reliably provides the filters and support customers pay for.
