Jump started my Mercedes slk 2ltr. Powerful and reliable!!
I bought a Clarke 900 starter pack, that was utterly useless so I was reluctant to pay another 130. It came last Thursday, I charged it for the full 72hrs and went to jump start my Mercedes slk 2ltr petrol car and it started up no problem at all. My advice would be don't buy anything that is not up to the job for a cheap price. You will waste money and have to buy another one. This unit is worth paying for. Thanks so much, it's saved me a lot of time..:)

Damaged
Opened the box and saw this. Won’t be buying another’s as plastic casing looks very brittle. I also had to pay £15 postage to return it

Jump starter pack
Had this for over a year now and it is still working well jump starts my two diesels with ease.

Confusing 1st Charge Times
Only just bought this item, and so this is a first impression review, hence the 3 stars. Very strong plastic case, and looks to be well made. The powerpack is on its first charge out of the box at the moment. In the instructions, it says the first charge shoulkd be 36 hours. Later on at the back it says it should be 72 hours. The paperwork shows the date of manufacture as Oct 2014, it is now Aug 2016. Instructions say unit should be charged up every 2 months. Well, I'm confused if no one else is. 2 out of 3 red charge lights show when test button pressed. I'll update review after charge and when I've used it.

Jump start power pack.
The Sealey RS102 RoadStart is a decent bit of kit. Well made compact and lighter than most in its power range. It jump started my 3000cc V6 without a problem. Well worth spending that little extra to get something that works well. Sealey RS102 - RoadStart Emergency Power Pack 12V 1600 Peak Amps

Excellent product
I previously bought a cheaper jump starter that was not powerful enough to get a 4-by-4 restarted when the battery was completely flat. This one however is much better and does exactly what it says it will and keeps its charge when unplugged.
