I have to admit that when I bought this gimbal, I was skeptical about its quality, but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s very well-made, with high-quality materials, and all the functions work perfectly.The only issue I found—though it’s not really a big problem—is that if you want to use the zoom in and zoom out feature, it won’t work with the phone’s default camera app. It only works through the brand’s app.However, the general buttons, like the photo button and so on, work perfectly with any app. It’s just the zoom feature that doesn’t work with the phone’s standard camera.

It takes a little getting used to, but once you get the hang of the way it works, you're good to go. The stability is great and the remote is helpful so you're not adjusting constantly. There's a free app to go with it, that edits and lets you use hand signals to stop, start and track.

Learning curve should be addressed with this item. Ease of use should not be a selling factor. Instruction manual is so small it’s almost absent. The best part is that it does work after some trial and error. If you want to spend hours familiarizing yourself with the function of this item, go for it. It is not as simple as it seems. A better manual should be provided.

I am not techy and bought a different gimbel and returned it because it was too heavy and complicated. This one is so easy to use and more light weight! I love the remote as well! The app is super helful and easy to use.

I purchased this gadget expecting a reliable stabilizer, but unfortunately, it fell short in multiple areas. Firstly, it only works if you download the proprietary app, which immediately raised concerns. The app requires full access to your phone, including all files, the camera, and the microphone. Even worse, it sends data to the internet without user consent and provides no privacy disclosure. This lack of transparency is a major red flag.As for its primary function as a stabilizer, the performance is underwhelming. It stabilizes only if your movements are already steady and smooth, which defeats the purpose. Regular movements like walking, climbing stairs, or even mild shaking—let alone more dynamic actions like jumping—result in shaky footage. It’s far from the seamless stabilization promised in the product description.Overall, this product fails on both functionality and privacy, making it a disappointing and concerning purchase. I cannot recommend it.

works super well, I recommend getting one of those octopus flexible stands to screw into it instead of the stand it comes with though (any brand will work just has a normal camera screw mount in the bottom). But other than that so love it! So useful for live streaming, taking videos or doing something action related where you need the camera to be still. Totally awesome
