Great cooperative game!
Our family loves this game. We made it to mission 3, and loves it. My 11 year old is a genius, and he enjoyed it immensely. Not a difficult learn, but we had to watch a YouTube tutorial after reading the directions.

Great cooperative game for two couples
Fantastic game! Bought this because I like having the Spiel des Jahres winners. My wife and I tried it out with another couple, and had a good time playing through most of the introductory missions. Looking forward to our next game night to try the next set of missions! If you like logic and reasoning puzzles, this is a game for you. Definitely requires you to think through the possibilities and use the information at hand to make deductions. The only thing I wish is that the stands which hold the “wires” were a bit heavier in case they get bumped. But certainly doesn’t detract from the fun of the game and the tension when pointing at wires to cut! Would be great for families as long as the kids are old enough for logic puzzles.

A Co-Op wins Spiel des Jahres? Now I know why. I love this game!
Only on Mission 17 (out of 66) and already loving it. Slowing moving through the missions because I keep having new people join. I do like how they get more and more difficult. My biggest beef with co-op games is that they often have a mechanic that once the team figures out they become far less challenging. This one keeps changing it up with lots more to come. They even have new rules that are stickers that you don't unveil until later missions. One fun thing is that the side of the bottom box has places to apply "trophy" stickers. You earn them as you progress through the missions. Means nothing to the game play, but kind of a really fun addition. Plus you get stickers in each box to desk out your tile holders. Just fun ideas I haven't seen before.

Fun co-op game that’s easy to jump back into
Really fun game! I love that it’s cooperative — makes it way more enjoyable playing with friends or family. We actually talk things out and work as a team instead of just trying to beat each other. One of my favorite parts is that you can stop and pick it back up later. We don’t always have time to finish a full game in one night, so it’s nice being able to continue without starting over. Overall, just a solid, fun game that’s easy to get into and keeps you coming back.

Wow, this game is addictive.
I can see why this game won the game of the year award. It is absurdly addictive. My wife and I had to force ourselves to stop because it was getting so late. If you have played Crew this is basically the same idea but with memory. The game consists of missions and the first 8 teach you how to play the game. Once finished the first 8 missions there is another 60 missions sealed away so you can not see them in advance, making this a legacy style game. My wife and I play board games once a month with another couple and we can not wait to play this next month.

The "fixed" Hanabi I never knew I wanted. My personal Game of the Year 2025 overall
For my group, this game was immediately compared (very favorably) to Hanabi, but without the brain-breaking task of remembering all the information you've been given or the potential that the game would be dealt out in a way that meant you might find out after an hour of playing that you were just doomed from the start with how the deck was shuffled. Fixing the need to constantly remember a dozen things between each of your turns in particular really unlocked the potential for table talk and game night banter that I've sometimes felt Hanabi lacked (especially with players who ended up taking it more "seriously"). The fact that it has a bunch of missions was, I thought, mostly just a cherry on top of a fun design and that maybe gave you a slightly more satisfying objective than just going for a "high score", but after playing through about half of the missions so far, I would say they've been quite surprising in their variety and their ability to tweak how the game feels. They don't really reuse mechanics much at all, and have almost universally been very fun to play. Overall, this very very quickly became my game of the year for 2025 and probably a top co-op game for me overall. Highly recommended!

Bombbusting greatness! Quality components, great mechanics and cute art!
Great game! Component quality is top notch, and thanks to the scenarios, it was easy to start almost at the tutorial training and jump all the way to the full game. It is super replayable thanks to multiple scenarios and changes in how the wires are dealt with. The strategy is really good, and you feel accomplished as a group once you beat harder scenarios. Great game all around! Pros: Quick, Many scenarios, and replayability, engaging design Cons: Might be more of a thinking/deductive game, so not for everyone.

For a co-operative game, it's pretty fun! It's a breath of fresh air for our boardgame group, after playing very competitive engine building games. Definitely recommend. Plus it won the 2025 Spiel des Jahres!
