What better could there be?????
So far, with my LG v20 which has a quad dac, I have used skullcandy S2PGJY-560 and cx275s. Now the thing is you need a very good music player to be fair on ear phone sound quality assessment and to know its full capabilities. For instance, there is a sony walkman hi res music player for 15k or a fio x5 for a whopping 27k. The v20 with its quad dac comes pretty close to it, while no other phones can come even close to it.With that being said, I have used my v20 as a benchmark and I am not an audiophile, rather I like to listen to scrumptious music. Am not a basshead too, and I don't want to muddy the mids and highs and vocals with bass. Now, there are various typess of bass. Bass for the sake of bass, bass that tries so hard to come out and looks unnatural and then the bass that delightfully merges into the song and provides a rich feel to it. I am against people who say bass can be easily manipulated with some apps. That is never going to give the smooth rich bass that by natural the hardware is able to provide. Now my skullcandy was a screamer. It was scrumptious. It had the natural bass I was talking about and also a very wide soundstage. But after one year, the left ear lost sound. Need to twist my port everytime to make both sides work, but I feared this might affect the headphone jack on the v20. So was on the lookout for new earphones. Going by all the reviews, I had two options the cx275s and xb75ap. I know xb75ap is twice the price, but some had mentioned cx275s is better. So was very confused. Hence bought a few and decided to sell the others.I guess you know by now which one I have picked. The cx275s is no slouch by any means. It has a lot of things going for it, like clear vocals, excellent treble, thumping bass and very wide frequency response. But it lacks in rich natural bass, seems like bass has been put into it and doesn't quite merge with the flow of the song. The bass feels artificial and not pleasing. Then the next one is the narrow soundstage, like it seems sound is coming only from one place. This could be attributed to the design of the earphones, but I am not sure. These are areas where the xb75ap outclasses cx275s, despite losing out on vocals and treble, which I easily got back with the v20's dac and lg's music app. Also the xb75ap holds a slight edge to s2pjy skullcandy, in terms of more bass and wider frequency response. The s2pgjy-560 also has a wide soundstage and natural bass. I would recommend it as well for that price over many others, but this is truly extraordinary. When I listen to music from these, I feel like God or however that feeling is. I know it costs a bit more. But it has durable wires and strongly built earphones, that look and feel premium and last for long.As my tagline suggests, what better could there be, I am ready for challenge for any better earphones, if there is. I got a little crazy and got the byron and tagg dual drivers as well, just to compare. I will have to sell them as well, but its all at the cost of knowing who really rocks. I feel like its all worth it, because you don't have options in stores to try out a earphone before buying it. That's the problem with buying earphones. So having done all these, I highly recommend this to people looking for scrumptious music, not just the bassheads and also recommend to people who love vocals and treble, if you own the v20,v10,g6 or the v30 or the oneplus5

Excellent earphones but you need to be patient. Read on....
These are incredible earphones. I have had had some earphones before, nuforce, xiaomi (pro-HD), cowon, sony (MDR-XB950AP, currently owned), crossbeats (Pulse, currently owned). I will be comparing them in my review. I know that the way everyone perceives sound and music is different, below are my opinions. Players used are, Cowon J3, Redmi Note 4, iPod shuffle (2015). Songs ranged from EDM, Rock, Pop, Bollywood (Film, Gazals, Fast & Slow), Jazz. Here it goes....Day 1:The packaging is minimal. The pouch is nice although I am not sure it will protect the earphones if stuffed in a bag. The tips are ok, but they should have given some more options. I will come back to this later. The first time I listened to them, was shocked... They were horrible, the bass was boomy, mids were recessed, and treble had a lot of sibilance which made all the songs fatiguing to listen to. I was really disappointed and was not expecting this especially after reading so many positive reviews. Most disappointing was the bass, since this is the area these are primarily supposed to excel in. The bass was boomy, cannot differentiate between different bass notes, for example, bass guitar and kick drum and tabla. They all sounded the same, I mean all the Hz almost felt the same with little definition. Now I was really confused as to whether I got a defective product or they will get better after some burn-in. I went with the burn in mainly because I already have the other Sony headphone which opened up a lot after some hours of listening. So the whole night I was running various music in an infinite loop.Day 2:The sound improved by a big margin. The first thing I noticed was the sibilance in treble was gone, it was natural. The mids were more prominent. The bass had a more definition but did not have the impact that I was expecting. So the burn-in worked, now I kept them in that state the whole of Day 2 (day and night).Day 3:Remarkable improvement. Now almost all the problems have gone. The bass has more thump with definition. There is a clear separation between different notes, especially noticeable in Jazz.Note that I am not an audiophile, I just enjoy music. Also I am not a bass head, but I like bass. I will prefer to have more bass and then adjust my source to suite my tastes rather than the bass being little or not there to start with. Hence I went with these.Comparing them to others, Nuforce and Xiaomi had a lot more balance but were like a studio monitor, they will present the music as is. So the fun part is not there. You feel the music is being dissected. Crossbeats is a bit more neutral, also being wireless, they are limited by source technology (I could test only with my phone). Bass is much greater in sony. Compared to XB950AP, I think the XB950AP has the most bass (you can feel the vibrations around your ear). Other features like treble and mids are similar. So I think the more these are played, the more they will improve. These are excellent earphones. The extra bass is there, but won't be noticeable on Day 1 (at least I didn't notice it).Pros:- These have good treble and mid definition in spite being bass heavy.- They are very equalizer friendly, especially with my Cowon player (Jetaudio effects). I personally think this is important because it's easy to tweak to a person's taste rather being tuned to a specific genre.- Call quality is very good, the mic is super sensitive and when you hear other person's voice, it seems natural.- Very good sound isolation, gets better if you use Comply or Foam eartips.- Very good service from Amazon, got next day delivery.Cons:- My biggest gripe is with accessories. Even Crossbeats which is similarly priced gives more eartips (3 silicon, 2 foam, 1 double flared). I personally think comply and foam give the best comfort and isolation. Also they improve the bass content. The given eartips may not fit everyone, hence should have more options especially for this price. Main reason for the deduction of 1 star.- The pouch, they should have given a hard case.- They say its aluminium while its true, not the whole unit is aluminium, only some parts are, rest are plastic. At least they seem to of good quality. Time will tell.- It is pretty big, but I think you cannot get good quantity of bass without the size, can't go against physics. At least they are light so it's not much of a problem.- Cable does tangle, not so much compared to standard wires, but it does. The braided ones are the best since its easy to untangle them. These require some effort.- Could have given a 3 button mic, this has only one button.I am still testing them, will update this review if I notice anything else.
