Non magnetic Stainless Steel equals good Quality.
Really happy with these. I have a Charbroil 300 grill in the first year the Black ceramic coating came off the cooking surface, and they were all rusted out. I got these to replace and I'm very happy. The first thing I did was put a magnet to these. I can tell you from my experience, if it's not magnetic, it's a good quality Stainless steel. These are a direct replacement for my grill and fit perfect. Love the high quality stainless.For this price it's also a great deal.
