It comes compressed but if fluffed in the dryer on low, it plumps up and looks great.

Perfect for my guest bedroom at the beach house!
What a cute pillow!!! The fabric is soft, stitching is perfect, and the red is true red, which gives me the perfect accent color for guest bedroom. The rope edging is adorable, soft, and securely attached. It comes vacuum packed (super flat!), but fluffed up quickly. I docked a star because it's not super fluffy and it's a bit thin/flat, so it's not a pillow you'd want to snuggle with. But as an accent pillow, it's super cute!!
