It works for me
I wasn't sure at first, but after a couple of weeks of consistent use, I definitely started to notice I'm sleeping through the night much more often, when I was waking several times a night previously. I also find it easier to go back to sleep if I do wake. It's quite expensive compared to just taking magnesium, hence the for stars, but I do think it has worked better for me. Also noticing that I'm getting restless legs less often too. I haven't tried the chocolate, but the berry one is nice both hot and cold. I like it enough that I've bought more.

Awesome Sleep
Having used other products from Awesome Supplements I was keen to try this as, like many, I don't sleep all that well. It's great tasting, easy to mix and have definitely noticed an improvement in the quality of sleep and how I feel since using it regularly.

Nice hot chocolate drink but didn't help with sleep
This hot chocolate drink tasted nice enough but, disappointingly, didn't have a noticeable effect on my sleep and so I won't be buying again.
