These ALINK glass smoothie straws are amazing! I’ve completely switched over to these and will never go back to plastic or paper straws again. They’re the perfect size for smoothies and other drinks, and I love that they’re reusable and eco-friendly. The glass is thick and durable, so I don’t have to worry about them breaking easily. One of the best parts is that they’re dishwasher safe, so cleaning them is super easy. Plus, the set comes with two cleaning brushes, which is a nice bonus for when I want to hand wash them. If you’re looking to ditch disposable straws, these are definitely the way to go!

These straws are super strong, and easy to clean with the included straw cleaners. They are quite durable, and for that reason, you do want to be sure you don't put your teeth through one when you hit a bump in the car, or if you are purchasing them for someone prone to losing body control. We found that these were too unsafe for use by my quadriplegic brother, for example, as he can't control his neck well, so a jostle while trying to drink and drive could knock a tooth out. That remote risk being considered, these straws are great, and work as expected. A wide diameter allows these to easily be used for drinking smoothies, or comfortably drink any other liquids. The straw cleaners are what I bought these for.. it's just all so cheap, and I can make use of the straws, so I bought the bundle. I have a steam roller, and a bubbler which have proven to be quite a challenge to clean. With one of these straw cleaners, I have been able to get a nice diameter brush inside the pipes, and completely clean them out. A crystal clear steam roller is a beautiful thing!

I love these glass straws and use them every day. I just put them in a compartment for silverware in my dishwasher and they are very hardy. They have not broken and will not break with just common sense handling.

I've really enjoyed these glass straws. They are long, so you really need a tall glass for it to work well (6.5 inches to 9 inches). If your glass is shorter it will be a little awkward and will likely pose as a tipping risk for the cup more than something making drinking convenient. Additionally they are heavy (they are rather thick glass - you know?), so I wouldn't recommend it for a light weight or disposable plastic cup (it would probably tip the cup over if it wasn't full or weighted). That said, the straws are great for smoothies, shakes, and of course regular drinks too! I've had spills happen and dropped my cup and the straws held up to those shocks. Nothing too extreme, but they can hold up to an ordinary accident as far as I can tell. I've cleaned them by running them through my dishwasher and the have come out clean every time (though I do give them a vigorous rinse with hot water after use in a smoothie or shake). I have not really had to use the cleaning brush to get them clean - but it's certainly nice that they included it. I love not having to use a disposable straw at home - I don't know if these would be good for "on the road" especially because you really do need a sturdy tall glass for them to make sense.

I can’t stress how sturdy these glass straws are! They are the perfect size for most drinks. They wash well and just elevate the drinking experience lol. I can’t describe it but the glass is so smooth. Easy to use and they wash well. The straws also come with a brush to clean them but I have been putting them in the dishwasher and they come out perfect! I HIGHLY recommend these!!

I like the straws, but the packaging to get here was quite a risk. I’m surprised that none of the straws broke.

I purchased these straws a few months back because I really wanted to eliminate my plastic straw use but I hate the metallic taste of some reusable metal straws I've purchased. When I received these I was pleasantly surprised by the thickness of the glass, they're not flimsy straws by any means. They're easy to clean and I love using them every day for all of my drinks. That being said, they are still breakable, I accidentally dropped a mug on one of mine while it was sitting in my sink and it shattered. My sister in law and I have a belief that everything tastes better through a straw, so I just repurchased two more sets, one for her and another for myself. I thoroughly enjoy them, and really like the fact that they don't alter the flavor of any drink.

I came to find out about these straws because of one of my favorite youtubers, Taylor Wynn, and I'm surprised to be SO amazed at a damn glass straw! I was drinking out of these thin metal straws like a bafoon earlier and was always meh about em. But these, these are incredible! They come crystal clear out of the dishwasher!!! That alone is the biggest hit to me. No more handwashing using those stupid little straw brushes they send! They're also very durable. Not only do they withstand the dishwasher but I'm able to not worry about them going in the sink with other dishes and I can let the straw sit in my glass whole filling up with ice. The last great thing about these little devils are that there is no metal taste in your mouth like all the other straws. Which is something you'll notice immediately like I did! I can't reccomend these enough!

I wanted some glass straws because I had seen them on Instagram, but I had no idea how much I would love them. These are a nice thickness like the original plastic McDonald’s straws; thick enough for smoothies and frappuccinos. They’re also very long so you can use them with your extra large drinks. The glass is thick so they don’t feel fragile and your drink tastes and feels more refreshing coming to your mouth through glass. I used to always use plastic straws but now I’m converted. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know.

My straws arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I had never used glass straws before so I wasn't quite sure what they would be like. If you haven't yet tried them, I found them a bit heavier than I had expected They do weigh a bit more than my metal straws but in the end I do prefer these. But very solid and well made. I got these mainly for my morning protein powder smoothies. The one I got to try my straws out on this morning was THICK, with pieces of strawberry, banana and cacao nibs in it. These smoothie straws are only 10mm wide, while the ones I had before were 12. But they still worked perfectly in my super thick drink. Their thickness is perfect for me. Mine are clear/transparent but I kindof find it cool to see the colour of what I am drinking move up the clear straw. They also go look nicer and shinier in person, than in the photos online. They are also the PERFECT size for a 500ml bottle of bottled water. They cleaned perfectly and super easily. My thick mixture just slid right out the second I ran water through it. But I washed it with the brush included as well of course. VERY happy with these. These ARE my straws now.
