Comfortable product but can be a little better quality wise. Some of the threads were already coming off in the middle and there were tears. Packaging can also improve. But otherwise good

White patches and unhygienic
The mattress I received has visible white patches on it, which makes it unhygienic and unacceptable for use. This is very disappointing for a product meant for direct contact. I did not use the mattress and am requesting a full refund. Please advise on the return process
