Purchased both the green and red lamps for the holidays. Received both lamps very fast, nicely packaged in a square box. Unfortunately the first red lamp was DOA and was exchanged. The colors are very vibrant and on-point with holiday colors. The wax flows well, although I wish there was a little more in each lamp. Both lamps started flowing around 2 hours. After a couple hours, I did dim them down to around 90% and they kept flowing well. 80% appeared to be too cool for them. (Dimming was done with a dimmer available for purchase on Amazon and does not come with these lamps.) Their metal bases are built similar to current lava lamps, and comes with a traditional cap on top. A bulb is included with purchase, and a convenient on/off switch is located on the cord. The glass bottle feels very nice and the quality appears to be good as well. Both arrived with their liquids clear, although you may need to correct the coil inside once it heats up. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase of these fun lamps. I love the different shape of the glass, the colors and the overall look.

Great cool Christmas decoration. Flow was very good, a few more bubbles than blobs, but was an excellent purchase. Good value for the money. Functioned as expected.

I love this motion lamp. It’s very festive and uniquely shaped compared to the few other motion lamp shapes. One thing that struck me was just how clear the fluid inside is. It’s crystal clear. Lava Lamp brand is notorious for having at least slightly cloudy fluid right out of the box but this brand has it figured out. Love that. The colors are vibrant and the wax is nice and active once the lamp heats up. The light bulb came busted though. No biggie. Luckily I had a couple spare bulbs lying around to replace it with. Also, the wax seems to be riddled with many small bubbles. Hopefully that resolves itself with a few sessions of running it. The only legitimate gripe I have is that the lamp isn’t quite filled enough with fluid so the fluid level sits below the cap, leaving about a 1/4 inch of space even when fully up to temp. It kind of looks cheap in that regard. I’d just pop the cap and top off the fluid myself but this lamp’s cap isn’t the bottle cap type so I guess I’ll just live with it. Many people were complaining that the warning sticker on the base was impossible to scrape off. Idk if they started using a new sticker or if it was just because it was cold when I received this but it came right off for me with minimal effort ad no adhesive residue. Overall I’m very happy with this lamp. Nice addition to my growing motion lamp collection, and a great addition to my Christmas decor. I do wish, however, that there was an option for a red base. I may spray paint the base myself with glitter red paint to make it ultra festive.

Very pretty! I had to fuss with the light bulb a few times but it finally worked. The top cone did not come with it. I searched the box and it’s not here. I would really like to have it.

Just so frustrating. I purchased the red one, it came, and the bulb was broken. Other than that and a minor dent on the base, my only complaint is that the sticker big ugly hot don’t touch sticker is impossible to get off. I used a bulb from another lamp in the meantime and ordered a replacement. Now the replacement the bulb is not visibly broken, but it also doesn’t work. So now I have two of these lamps and still have to make the trip to Whole Foods to return one of them so I don’t get charged twice, and I still have not yet got a working bulb with either and have to use my own bulb. Why can’t they just ship me a bulb that works? At this point I feel like I should get some type of reimbursement because now I have to make the trip for a return and still have no working bulb. The globe itself is great and the liquid is crystal clear, no cloudy mess so that is good. They should provide customers with replacement bulbs.

Takes a little while to warm up but once it does it works great.

Love this. It’s Christmas-y but not too much

Fantastic motion lamp. Clear as can be and flows great. It does heat up fast so if you want to run it for longer then you need to run it on a dimmer.
