Been using Optimum Nutrition’s Micronized Creatine Monohydrate for a few months now and it’s honestly one of the best supplement purchases I’ve made all year. The consistency is a very fine powder, and it mixes into water or my protein shake with barely any grit left at the bottom, which is more than I can say for other brands I’ve tried. Taste-wise there isn’t one at all, it’s completely tasteless, so it doesn’t mess with whatever you’re drinking it in, which for me is a huge plus since I don’t want to choke down some weird chalky flavor every morning. In terms of value this is hard to beat, you get a ton of servings for the price and it works out to just pennies per scoop compared to some of the flashier brands charging double for the same exact ingredient. اولاً : المنتج وصل مفيهوش سكوب ودي حاجه زعلتني جدا لان مش عارف ازاي هحسب 5جرام يوميا لكن صديق لي في الجيم اداني واحد زياده عنده ثانياً المنتج عليه QR بيفتحلك لينك وجمبه مربع بتخربشه وتدخل الكود في الموقع يأكدلك انه منتج اصلي ثالثاً : ان شاء الله هبداء انهارده اول يوم ليا اجربه وهجيلكم بعد 6 اسابيع اقول حاسس ب اي وتقييم الكرياتين نفسه رابعاً : انا جاي بعد 3 شهور خلصت الكرياتين في شهرين و جبت ليمت ليس وحرفيا فرق كبير جدا جدا عرفت قيمه ابتيموم بجد فرق في الباور و فرق في الاستشفاء و فرق في بلورات المنتج نفسه وحاليا هرجع تاني اطلب اوبتيموم لان الفرق شاسع بينه وبين اي منتج تاني بجد

Ótima criatina o formato do pote deu uma atualizada e não é o mesmo da foto, já uso a vários anos e nunca vi uma creatina tão boa já deixei guardada por 6 meses depois de aberta e não impedrou quando coloca na água dá para ver os cristais de creatina devido sua gramatura maior pra mim e um ponto positivo pois atesta sua qualidade.
