Wow I'm really really impressed
Wow this has to be the best electric heater I've ever used, you can literally feel the waves of heat hitting you. This is by far the cheapest electric heater I've had too..l Was using a halogen heater before this, and whilst it was good you needed it close to and facing you to feel the benefit. I've used fan heaters too and nothing has come close to this. The biggest bonus as well is it's the cheapest to run by far, I have the 720 watt heater and the living room is quite big and this is more than enough. If like me I went for this size because I wasn't sure whether a lower power one would do the job. This size heats the room faster and the thermostat will cut the power when it hits the desired temperature anyway. Now looking forward to a much cheaper heating bill this new winter quarter.. Do I recommend buying this expensive heater, oh yeah 200% I do, the savings made on my lecy bills will soon recover the the cost of this heater. Plus it looks stylish too, the app was very very easy to set up and with that you don't need to use the remote control. I already had the Tuya app on my phone for my WiFi plug adapters so I was familiar with it, it found the Berg heater immediately, so all that was needed was to put my router password in when it requested it and that was that, done all set up.

reduces condensation
Ive put this in our conservatory as its always cold this time of year. Noticed on the first morning after running it that there was no condensation in the windows and it had been turned off overnight . in fact i think it as vastly reduced condensation in the windows of the whole house. I can not get the app to work only runs on 2.4GHZ even when i turned the 5GHZ off on my router so it was forced to 2.4GHZ , the app just can not find it. Update it as reduced condensation in my whole house. Haven't had turn our dehumidifier on at all since we had it. The only explanation I have for this as it's sitting in our conservatory and that's the main entrance we use. Don't use our front door, and it must be effecting most of the air entering our house. I've had a constant battle with condensation forming in all the windows this time of year, this heater has solved the problem. I'm really happy 😁

Definitely a nice surprise!
Be aware it’s much wider than an equivalent convector heater, but it’s a very sensible height and looks super spiffy. Heavy, so don’t plan on moving it all the time. The app works fine, and it’s doing a spectacular job of heating a large living room (5m by 3m, open plan to the rest of the house). Given this is 700W, versus the previous convector heater being 2kW, I’m deeply impressed. Don’t expect a strong sense of heat from it, just turn it on; pick the temperature (nice touch controls, or a remote which I have already lost, or the app), and leave it be. You can even set a timer if you want a warm room in the morning. I’m so pleased I got this.

Not quite as expected?
Not sure what i was expecting on a far infrared heater but the experience is not what was expected. I thought the heat would come out and warm the person as well as the surrounding objects but this is not what is happening. I have this heater to my back, it's set to 25 degrees but currently it's not able to get beyond 18. I do have a cold flat but the only way I see 20 degrees is if i shut the door to the room. This tells me it's the air being heated around the panel, it's definitely not flinging the heat out as expected I have to basically put my hand almost to the panel to feel the heat and that's within 30cm of the panel, any further than that, I feel nothing of the heat surrounding me like warm sunlight. Other than that it looks good, it connected to the app fine, it looks smart. Easy to set it up with the stands

Modern way to heat your home
The best heater you will buy, the infrared heat is better than any oil radiator. Heats up fast and feels like the sun. Good on power, slim and looks good. Has a free app so you can turn it on and off remotely and set it to turn on at certain times. Can't recommend enough.

Measure your room by meter cubed
The heater isn't bad but I didn't realise before buying the 600watt that my room requires nearly 2000 watt to be heated by these types of heaters by meter cubed, so I will need to buy a second one to get better heat spread. I've not got great insulation so I measured mine by 35watt per meter cubed
