How do use this product?

This is a granule that is dissolved in water.

it has senna pods. Is it safe to take it in the long term?

Not sure of the long term effect of senna pods. I have been taking these since December 2015 with no side effects.

when is the expiration date?

Interesting question as I had never looked for such a notation before. There is a number on the bottom of the container that says 10/2020. The container that I just finished, and which this new one is now replacing, had 03/2020. Not sure if this is an actual date as there is no accompanying text saying what the number is - either in German or in English.

This product is amazing

Is it really the same?

My "friendship" with Agiolax Granules dates back to the 1960s or there abouts. In Germany. I was always happy with it. Now I got products by three different brands (Manufacturers) over the last few months. . Floridis . SFI Health and . Madaus SFI Agiolax is of course, made by Madaus, but I would still like to know what all the names are change is about. Is it really the same product???
